Wendy Chin​​
Managing Partner

Wendy has over 25 years of senior management experience working in Fortune 50 companies and leading start-up businesses.  Wendy is the Managing Partner of Creative Technology Group with a key focus in Cyber/Data Security, healthcare technology, and Infrastructure Technology advisory practices.  She works closely with early stage companies in defining business strategies, marketing & branding, financial projections & funding requirements, and overall operations.  Wendy also managed and developed an NLP based travel assistant called Ezzie, and created the business strategy and technology platform to enable telemedicine.    Wendy led the Global IT Engineering at Pfizer, Inc. where she was responsible for defining and creating innovative solutions using IT to enable business process change and gain competitive advantages. 

Prior to joining Pfizer, Wendy was founder & CEO of TechnologyConnect, a technology broker and e-market company where she received venture backing and signed well known international clients.  In that capacity, Wendy assembled the most impressive team of advisors including two Nobel Laureates, as well as formed strategic partnerships with leading IT content/publishing companies in Japan and China.  Wendy was the head of Pyramid Technology Corporation (part of Siemens AG) computer line of business and Director of Telecommunications Industry Marketing with AT&T Global Information Solutions in the Asia Pacific Area.  Wendy started her career at the famed AT&T Bell Laboratories . 

An experienced entrepreneur with an operating background in multi-national companies, Wendy gives keynote speeches and participates in panel discussions in different forums. Most recently, Wendy was the opening keynote speaker at the TechUp for Women conference in New York City, 2017. Wendy holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
   
  
Alex  Bazay
Partner
Alex is a technology and security leader with 20+ years of experience in information technology industry.  A strategic IT Executive with in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, information technology, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery, Alex spearheaded IT initiatives by developing strategic plans, creating innovative process improvements, and managing projects from conceptualization through completion.  As a skilled executive with ample hands-on experience of initiating and implementing creative solutions, Alex was able to leverage his background to guide high-performance teams to ensure efficient daily operations.  Alex was the CTO/CISO at Gruss Capital Management, a boutique global financial company, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations and strategic planning relating to information technology, business continuity and cybersecurity.  Prior to Gruss Capital, Alex held various consulting positions, advising clients in cybersecurity defense & operational strategies/executions and overall IT strategies/exeuctions.
 
Alex is currently serving as a Judge for Hedge Fund Magazine’s (HFM) US Hedge Fund Technology Awards; which recognizes IT and software providers serving the hedge fund industry as well as to highlight technology innovation at hedge funds.
 
Alex holds a number of industry certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications.  

Keith Eckert
Partner
Keith is an entrepreneurial, highly-effective and proven senior finance executive with a history of success in strategic and operational roles. Results-oriented leader who partners with senior executives and board members to develop a shared vision for success and promote collaboration across all levels of an organization. 

Keith was a founding team member and Chief Financial Officer of EPIX, the premium television and digital entertainment subscription service, which was a joint venture of Viacom, Paramount Pictures, MGM and Lionsgate. After successfully raising $258 million, the company achieved to a self-funding position within 14 months of launch, hit profitability within 26 months, grew the company to a $185 million profit by year 7 and delivered over $1.7 billion to his venture partners
 
Keith is a graduate of Cornell University, and received an MBA from Columbia University

Jonathan Abrams​​​
Partner
Jonathan has more than 15 years of Information Technology experience working with Fortune 100 companies specializing in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and solutions development. Prior to joining the Creative Technology Group, Jonathan was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he worked among business, operational, and technical staff to lead the adoption of a firm wide information security platform. His responsibilities included strategic planning and program governance, relationship management across 30 business units and 5 technology organizations, and process design and implementation. 

Jonathan was a Director and Team Leader of Business Technology at Pfizer, where he served as technology program head for the neuroscience therapeutic group and later built and led the commercial pharmaceuticals division’s application architecture function. As technology program lead he developed and executed productspecific strategies to support core business processes in areas including consumer and professional marketing, sales and marketing collaboration, opinion leader relationship management, and medical publications.  As head of application architecture, he transformed a small pilot program into an established function. His efforts led to the development of new technology capabilities and platforms to support business needs within and across medical, marketing, sales, finance and human resource functions; reductions of over 30% in application operating costs; and significant improvements in overall application reliability and performance.

Jonathan holds an MBA from MIT, an M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
